Traditional Kölsch-style German Ale brewed with Briess pilsner and wheat malts. Bittered with German Magnum and finished with Saaz hops. Clean, crisp, and delicately balanced. Finishes dry. Prost!
Big City Pilsner (4.8% abv)
Showcasing Pacific Northwest grown Cold Stream Brewers Select Pilsner malt. Supporting local salmon habitats by being grown with salmon safe practices. Hopped with German magnum for bittering and Saaz hops in the kettle.
Tippy Taps Hazy Pale Ale (5% abv)
This is brewed with Northwestern 2-Row pale malt and just a touch of dextrin malts. Hopped with Citra and Nelson hops, you'll get a delightful burst of dank tropical citrus flavors. Tippy Taps invites you to take a sip and tap your toes to its uplifting flavor profile. This beer is in named in remembrance of our dogs who have crossed the rainbow bridge.

Space Cadet IPA (6.3% abv)
We loaded this beer with tons of fresh Citra Hops from Perrault Farms in Eastern Wa. This beer is purely showing what Washington hop and malt growers can bring to the table. Slightly spicy with citrus and lychee notes. Dry hopped with Citra.
Social Strata IPA (6.4% abv)
This hazy bursts with layers of tropical fruit, bright citrus, and a hint of pine, thanks to a dynamic blend of Strata, Riwaka, and Citra hops. Notes of pink grapefruit with pungent dank undertones. After one sip, it will be the reason everyone is reaching for another round. This beer is perfect for pretending to be more social than you actually are.
Playa Latona Gosé (8.2% abv)
Brewed originally in collaboration with Latona Pub we are continuing this tradition every summer. One sip of this imperial margarita gosé transports you beachside. Conditioned on 300 pounds of mango, tangerine, and key lime with a touch of salt. Relax and enjoy.
Atlas Amber (5.5% abv)
2 Row, Crystal, Munich, & Chocolate malts. A caramel malty flavor perfectly balanced out with hops. A classic.

Coal Creek Porter (5.5% abv)
A blend of dark and crystal malts gives our Porter a rich and smooth texture with a
chocolaty finish. Hopped with Magnum, and Centennial.
Breakfast Cereal Killer (7.5% abv)
Double chocolate coffee oatmeal Stout, brewed with Cheerios, Wheaties, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, Coco Puffs, Lucky Charms, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch in the Mash along with Cocoa Nibs. There are even more Cocoa Nibs in the Kettle and Ivonne cold brew from Onda Coffee in the Brite. Breakfast of champions in a glass!
Cider/Seltzer
Greenwood Dry Cider (7.8% abv)
Their signature Washington apple blend finished with heirloom and wild apples. Unfiltered, light-bodies, and very dry with hints of apple peel, lime, and fresh straw.
Tieton Apricot Cider (6.9% abv)
When we infuse our crisp apple cider with the tartness of apricot, the apple flavor decreases and the apricot notes shine; you will taste both fresh and dried apricot. Semi-dry and contains sulfites.
Fruity Bubbles Seltzer (6% abv)
Delicious, dry, and low calorie! This seltzer is packed to the brim with fresh boysenberries, blueberries, and raspberries. It smells of certain colorful cereal, tastes like natural fruit juice, and has the most gorgeous dark pink color. Spring just got a whole lot better.
Canned Tieton Huckleberry Cider (6.9% abv)
A magnificent blend of wild huckleberries and Washington state apples.

Ironstone Pinot Noir
This pinot gives aromas of luscious black cherries mixed with cloves, spice, and a touch of vanilla. These are followed by a well-rounded and supple cherry & plum flavor with earthiness.
Toad Hollow Merlot
A medium bodied red wine with aromas of violet, dark chocolate, and a hint of mint on the nose. Fresh flavors of plums, cherries, blueberries mix with some black pepper tones and finish with soft tannins for a smooth wine.
Milbrandt Brother's Red Blend
Rich cassis and black-cherry aromas kick things off, then tart cranberry, earthy oregano and citrus flavor pitch you a changeup. Beautifully balanced, shows restrained alcohol and silky tannins with great acidity.
Ryan Patrick Rosé
Rich pink color, wonderful citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon are complimented with floral aromas. Crisp mouthful and finish.
Ryan Patrick Sauvignon Blanc
This is a breath of mineral-laden well water from a metal ladle. The wine's additional aromas include a bit of floral iris and ginger gold apple slices.
Millbrandt Pinot Grigio
Aromas of cut green apples and citrus with flavors of honeydew melon. The wine is crisp with the right amount of acidity to balance it out.
